The board of directors recommends paying an annual dividend of 3.5 cents per share on August 15, up from 1.5 cents per share a year ago. The deadline for stock registration is July 31. Together with an interim dividend of 1.5 cents per share, it reached 5 cents per share for the full year, much higher than 1.5 cents per share a year ago.

The Group's annual earnings before interest and tax (EBITDA) for fiscal year 2025 increased by 32.7% to 1 billion yuan, the profit rate rose from 15.2% to 17.8%, and the net profit soared by 332.3% to 243.8 million yuan, reflecting the results of the group's business economies and operating efficiency improvement.

Xinxiang Group's share price remained flat at 2.98 yuan on Friday.

Xinxiang Group (SATS) continued its operating growth momentum, with net profit in the fourth quarter rising 18.3% year-on-year to 38.7 million yuan, and revenue increased by 10.4% year-on-year to 1.476.7 million yuan due to increased business volume and improved charging rates.

Xinxiang Group released its fourth-quarter and full-year results for the 2025 fiscal year ended at the end of March after the market closed on Friday (May 23).

It pointed out that driven by the overall increase in business volume of all core businesses and the increase in air cargo market share, the group's annual revenue increased by 13.0% to RMB 5.82 billion.

In the fourth quarter, the Group's revenue of Gateway Services (Gateway Services, including airport ground handling and freight processing) increased by 10.1% year-on-year to RMB 1.15 billion. As the market conditions continue to be good, the Group's market share continued to increase. The revenue of the group's food solutions business increased by 11.4% year-on-year to RMB 331.1 million driven by stronger demand. Global air travel continues to recover, making demand for cabin catering stronger.
