Swedish coach Porter expects Tottenham midfielder Kulusevski to return to the game in December.

Kulusevski has been sidelined since injuring his right kneecap against Crystal Palace in May, causing him to miss the Europa League final against Manchester United. Kulusevski underwent surgery in mid-May and was scheduled to return in the first few months of the season, but he remains sidelined and has yet to play a game under Frank.

After Sweden's 1-1 draw with Slovenia, Porter said: "Kulusevski (injury) is making progress. He is happy with his recovery. It depends on Tottenham and himself. But the last time I talked to him, he felt good and I am looking forward to seeing him maybe around Christmas or New Year. There are still a lot of games to play before then. No one knows exactly what March will look like. That is the reality."

"But Kulusevski is in good shape, and the last time we spoke, he was happy with his recovery. At that time, he was ready to take the next step in his recovery training, and there was no pressure on him. He will recover in a good way, and if he does, I'm pretty sure we will see him on the court soon."

During the international break, Udoji posted a video clip of Kulusevski returning to training on the grass. However, Spurs are still reluctant to rush his return as they don't want any surprises.
