TSMC hit a new sky-high price of NT$1,460, and the Taiwan stock market hit a new high of 27,500 points

U.S. stocks rebounded strongly on the 13th, with the Dow Jones Industrial Index rising by 587.98 points and the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index soaring by 315.86 points. Taiwan stocks rebounded today with a synchronized rebound, with the index climbing above the 27,500-point mark in early trading, hitting a record high of 27,507 points, up 583 points.

TSMC American Depositary Receipts (ADR) surged 7.92% to close at US$302.89. TSMC climbed to 1,460 yuan, a record high, up 45 yuan, with a market value of NT$37.86 trillion, contributing about 361 points to the market.

Weight-capitalization stocks such as Hon Hai, MediaTek, Delta) and Quanta rose one after another, and the electronics stock index rose by more than 2%, which was the main driving force for the market to hit a high.
